Ordering Information

We accept online credit card orders. Simply click on the "buy now" button for the sweater you want to order and fill out the order form. Our payments are processed through Paypal via a secure server so your information is always protected. And we will NEVER share your information with any one else.

If your pet's sweater does not fit properly we will gladly and quickly exchange it for the correct size. Grandma ships via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. For most orders please allow 10-14 days for delivery. However, during our peak-season (November and December), please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Satisfaction is guaranteed.

We do not offer wholesale prices, but we do offer a 10% discount on orders of ten or more sweaters. Please contact us for details at : grandma@bmd1.com.

Please note that the order form for credit card orders will list "Black Mountain Web Design" as the processor. This is because Black Mountain Web Design administers the website for Grandma. (If you are curious, there really is a Grandma, and Black Mountain Web Design is actually operated by her grandson).
